QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 years experience in Web Design
• Must provide a portfolio(provide link)
• Must be able to design with Adobe CS3 or higher.
• Must understand image slicing and how to optimize overall page download size.
• Must be proficient in CSS and work with DIVs, not tables to control layout.
• from the Philippines would be preferred.

 
TASKS YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO PERFORM

• Creating website templates
• Creating site mock ups
• Creating content graphics
• Creating advertisements
• Creating logos
• Slicing template files
• Optimizing page download size through the use of CSS and sprite files.
• Creating template HTML and CSS compatible with the concrete5(concrete5.org) Theme structure.
